Strawberry and yoghurt frozen treats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions
1. in a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend 
until smooth.
2. pour the mixture into a mould/ice cube tray.
3. freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until solid.
4. remove from moulds and serve as a refreshing frozen
treat.

Storage
-Keep stored in an airtight container in the freezer for
up to 2 months.
